You can withdraw from a Qiwi card (2% comm +50₽) / To a bank card (2% comm + 50₽) / To any bank account (1.8% comm + 120₽) / Cash withdrawal at Qiwi Offices (1.5% comm). Getting funds into a Qiwi account can be made using an online via a secure online share link using any foreign Visa or MasterCard nominating an amount no greater than 102,000₽ for each transaction (fee is 2% comm on the transaction).
